I'm rebuilding a 1984 200x. I just recieved a 1981-82 250r durablue axle. I have a 82 250r sprocket but it doesn't fit against the swingarm correctly due to the rubber insulators. Can someone post some pics of their durablue axles if they have done this install, or give me advice. Thanks.

Durablue makes a 2+2 eliminator axle for the 200x. I think you have the wrong axle in your bike if the one you have is made for the 81-82 250R. You have the correct sprocket though. The 82 250R sprocket will work.

I believe you need to use an aftermarket sprocket with no insulators and reg bolts no studs . Post a pic of what you have .

I was under the impression that the 81-82 250r durablue axle wouldn't fit on the 200x due to the drum brake setup on that year and that you needed a 83-84 250r durablue I do think the 82 sproket works though
