Hey yall!

First post here on the forum. I just picked up a three wheeler yesterday! Got it for free on craigslist and was told all it needs is a new throttle cable and rear tires. I am just trying to identify what it is. Unfortunately it was spray painted and the VIN is unreadable. The tag says its an LT125 but I can only find a 4 wheeler with that ID, not three wheelers. Can anyone help me out with model and year?

Also, any recommendations on where to order parts from? The throttle cable snapped so do I just thread a new cable down there or do I replace the whole housing and cable?

In addition, anyway to find more info on her? Shop manual or anything?

Finally, recommendations on a tire? It will mostly be used shooting around the farm and through the woods. Emphasis on cheap tires here. I don't have much money to put into her as I'm still a college student.

that's a suzuki ALT 125 and I am pretty sure its a 1983. Do a search on the forums in here on that model as I know there are a few wiring diagrams. I just checked on Bike Bandit and they have all the parts you need for this bike.

Here is a link to a good picture of one with all the components on it.

Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it!

Do you know if most parts for these fit other years as well? Also, I did a search on bikebandit but could only find the clymer manual.

Don't just do a search. You need to create an account and log into their system. Then you can add your model to your personal garage. I just did it and I found hundreds of parts for this model.

Also, I have no idea if other parts fit this model as I am not familiar enough, sorry.

I would stick with OEM pieces from bike bandit to ensure proper fitment.
