agreed. Figure out how to do it and then sell a kit in the 3WW shop. I know its been done before, there was a youtube video on it. But now I can't find it.

Well im a gear head and love to toy with things that most wont do. Im always changing my mind but what is the real deciding factor on this is what piston i end up having to go with. If the cylinder that i got has to be bored to 68mm than i will be forced to go with a 12:1 Wiseco piston which will not alow me to follow through with this idea. Will know when G&H gets back to me. As far as this idea goes it will be a cheep setup with a cheep ebay turbo as it is an experiment. I dont see any problems other than how to get oil to flow through the turbo as they do require oil haha.

Maybe fab up a remote oil reservoir? I bet a tiny turbo would make the 200x scream. I hear what you are saying about the piston though. I think you will have to run the lowest compression possible which is stock 9.5:1, otherwise you may have major issues.

the make a little electric turbo charger for a suzuki samarai.. it just hooks up to your battery, im sure you could make that work sumhow

Yeah, the electric turbos are a scam.

You'll have to run lower compression than that to be able to handle any decent boost, but go for it dude!

Check out the older Yamaha Secca bikes, some of those had a turbo and they would SCREAM!

Im talkin real deal just cheep turbo, would also allow me to make my own exhaust from a larger tube diameter since i have access to an exhaust tube bender...

I saw someone on here installed an oil cooler on their 200x. Is there a way to tap into the stock oil system or how was this accomplished?

We have turboed a 350x pulling bike with a draw thru system . you will need a plenum cause the turbo will probley push more air then the motor will use and it will need to be a SMALL turbo to there are some on ebay . We never really got the bugs worked out of the we built it would build 15psi of boost but would never keep the turbo spooled when it was hooked to the sled . We are planning on putting EFI on it so we can do a blow thru system and be able to change A/F ratios easyer. I don't have any pics on the cumputer here at work but I might have some at home I will look. AND for it to be a rider it will take up alot of room to put it all in there and still be rideable

Sent my cylinder off to G&H, they called me today and said that it was already the 4th size over but it could still be bored to the 5th size and remain a 9:1 comp ratio piston so im sending them 155 today to get the work done. I really really really need to find a place to put my new connecting rod on my crankshaft!

His name is qdude and here is a link to his thread on the build http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/142797-Coming-to-the-end-of-my-first-200X-build-(with-pics)?highlight=qdude+200x, I am subscribing to this thread and hope you do it because I will be the first one after you to do it with a little guidance from you of course lol then maybe my +6 swinger will come in handy

ok i'm a little out of my area here, but to lower the comp. why not run one of those spacers on the motor to get the volume you need to lower the comp?

sure do it. but just make sure its safe, couple ways would be to switch your swingarm out for an extended. or u can install a drag bar in the back in case your front wheels wants to toss u back. to think that atcs can do that without the extra power so..

What turbo were you using? Even the turbos that are made for 4cyl cars are way to big.
