I ended up stumbleing to the Kamloops Kijiji from Google and i found this possible Rare Gem:

1980's 656cc Briggs and Stratton powered trike, very rare, runs, needs a tune up. Made by Argo. Has reverse, high and low range. Very clean for its age, two minor cracks in plastic, all original. Open to offers.
