1982 honda 250r clutch problems

Hello back again with another ?????? got another 250r runs great but it wont let me clutch. pulls kinda easy like something is stuck if i get a roll start it goes in first and then will shift through all the gears without it like is not needed but i know thats not the case ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREAT :wondering Thanks for lookin !!!!!

My "idea" is pull the clutch basket. My cr250 did the same thing and my problem was bad plates. I feel like a competent mechanic but I watch a guy do it on you tube then followed my owners manual. I'm a better visual learner.
