Scrambler 400 4X4 for $3,200?

Got a line on a 2000 Scrambler 400 4X4 with about 150 hours on it, very clean by the pics, for $3,200. Looks to be completely stock. Good deal?

Considering that it could be purchased new in 2000 for between $4000-$4300 depending on dealer, I think it should be more in the $2500 range since it is 4 years old.

i just bought a 2000 400 4x4 in august. picked it up for $3500. the 400 2x4's run in the $2500 to $3000 range, but the 400 4x4's are usually $3000 to $4500. i looked for about 3 months for mine. hardly used and clean. just look around before you buy.
