It starts and runs. But it runs like crap. At wide open throttle it just soundeds over loaded. Like to much gas. I have a flat slide carb on it. Was on it when i got the trike. It has a 160 main jet. And a 60 pilot im pretty sure. Id have to check on that. And it will not idle.

I talked to zach earlier. sounds like his float is set too high.If anyone knows or has a link to the khein flat side tuning manual that would be cool. If not I will find it tomarrow

I had a flatside on my 85 Tecate and could not get it to run right NO MATTER what jetting I had.It would always be off slightly.
Took it to local atv shop and they couldn't get it right 100% either.Ordered regular Mikuni vm34 roundslide carb for it and it runs great now and was a breeze to tune.

Yeah man thats what im thinking about doing. But its a honda thumb throttle and what not. So im not sure if i can use the throttle cable because it looks like it will be to short. Any help on what i should do? Keep the flat slide or switch it over
