Rear caliper on my 350x oozing fluid?

Took the ol x through some 2ft creeks and lost my rear brake pressure along with its function. When i pump them, brake fluid leaks from the caliper behind the pad and down the rotar. is this something the 30 dollar rebuild kit will fix? or do i need to purchase a new caliper? all the lines are tight too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely your caliper seals are blowing by and yes, the rebuild kit should fix it. Just be sure and thoroughly clean the caliper piston or it could ruin the new seal.
