Hello, I have a 1981 Honda 110. This winter I was riding it on a lake, running great, rolled it over onto its side, now it has no spark!! It lost spark right after the rollover, and now it is in the garage and I need to diagnose it. Any help on what to check on and different voltmeter readings to look for would be great...thank you!

Hey neighbor, I'm in Champion. I could give you a hand working on your 110 if you need it.

81 is a CDI motor no points . Check all your wire connections . Unplug the on/off switch to see if you get spark . possibly damaged in the roll over .

It sounds like the points

Contact (mounting points) for the ignition coil too... Had a US90 where that was the culprit...

My trail 90 had a problem similar, ran fine, then dropped it and didnt want to spark. Ended up being the keyswitch was a hair unplugged. The simple stuff is the worst!

Im having the same issue with my 84 110. Was riding it all day then parked it for an hour or so and went back out, started it and after about a minute or so it died out and now I cant get it started.. Has new plug, and ignition coil with wire and cap.. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

if the boot on the coil is loose, moisture can the problem as well. im assuming you pulled the coil and dried everything off. I rolled my old wheeler several times when i first got it, seeing how far i could push it. lol. i sure miss it
