FYI I would choose your words a little more carefully in posts since there might be some forum users that may know someone with special needs. I'm sure you meant no harm but exercise a little more caution next time please. And in my opinion, I agree that someone riding without the basic safety gear has a lot to learn; hopefully not the hard way!
