200s engine in 200x

If i pull my engine out my 84 200s and put it in my engineless 83 200x do u think the s engine in the x will climb better with the small tires and different gearing? Cuz i want to put my s engine in my x but i dnt want it to not have as many balls as it does in my s. Thanks wat u guys think

I have one like that and it goes just fine.
Might even be a little lighter than the s.
