Needs tank emblems, seat, and the way it's sitting in the one pic it needs swing arm bushings. Personally I think it's possibly worth $400 tops ( but I personally wouldn't give over $300 ).

They are rare to a point. The rarest thing on them is New Parts. Most of the parts have been discontinued and the people that have the parts in good shape know their value. If someone was to Pay $400 for that machine they will probably have 1-2 times as much in parts ( not counting labor ) to get it looking nice. For a complete restoration your probably looking at 10 times as much.
