The heated floor will make you VERY happy. Love mine. The heat recovery sucks when the doors get opened in the winter but the pros outweigh the cons anyday. Looks like a great shop. Is that shop cladded with metal inside and out? How thick are the walls? What's the square footage?

Crazy if your interested my brother sells a Concrete Sealant developed for PIG FARMERS. You can drop battery acid on it and it will puttle and not effect the material. It's a non-slip clear finish and cures pretty fast and can be aplied by roller. PM me if your interested...product sold by Centeral Petroleum, in the Columbia Product line for farm buildings.

Thanks for the offer on the sealer but just wanted it hard trowled...sealant will make for a slippery mess when wet. Hey coolpoll the building is 1156 sq ft with 5 loops of 1/2" pex 1220 foot in all. I have 1 1/2 foam R7.5 on floor and 2" R10 around entire perimeter and posts as well. Ceilng is 1/2 insulated hard backed fiberglass R4. The walls are open for now but will also be 1 1/2" r 7.5 . Just one outside metal siding layer. 100 amp service, 50 outlets,12 of which are on there own circuit,220 v plugs. My friend is an awesome electrician!! My entire panel and outlets are steel piped with commerical pugs and stainless stell covers as well. I also have about 300 ft of 16Gauge Hi power speaker wire for the boomin stereo ran!! 2 high speed cable lines, water, gas line as well. It has been a journey but it is gonna be worth it soon!!

Now that is one shop to be reckoned with; it's bigger than my first house! Does that sump go somewhere or are you going to have to suck it out?

Drain just stubbed out for now. Gonna get tied into an exsisting line in the future. I really did not plan on washing any trikes in it...just the for snow melt etc.....
