I had the guy email pics because I couldnt make heads or tails of the pipe from the auction. Looks like a bills based on the stampings and welds. You be the judge. I have a line on another pipe so I dont need this one,even though its dirt cheap.

I'd say it's a Bill's. I have a 250R pipe with the same construction as yours. The exhaust flange spring retainer tabs are the same on mine as well. Jeb has a Z Bills, there's a pic of his in my pipe post.
