Helmets are no longer required in Michigan..isn't that great!

This means that brain-dead idiots can make life and death decisions and put their kids helmetless on a 3 wheeler and take his picture for their add!!!

Remind me again why these things got banned 25 years ago??

They don't even have the helmet law for minors??!! Good Lord....:crazy:

I mean, I can understand leaving the decision to wear the bucket or not to an adult, but kids can't really make a well informed decision for themselves. I remember when I was invinsible and knew everything! Glad I never had to learn the hard way before I smartened up. As much helmetless riding I did when I was young (remember back in the days that snowmobile crossing signs and owners manuals depicted helmetless riders?) I don't ever let my son ride without his helmet, and I wear mine too.

that law is for motorbikes that ride on the road....off road you still have to have a helmet (unless roll bars and seat belts/ side by side)
