atc 110 help

my 1983 110 wont start it rode great then the carb was needing cleaning when all of the gas leaked out of one of the gas lines and now i put a new carb and gas lines on it and it wont start because its not getting gas i know this because theres now show of ignition on the spark plug but i know theres gas in the carb because when i take the carb off theres always gas in the bowl so i have no clue what it could be please help

Ok so u have spark. Brand new carb also??? If all this is true, pull fuel line off carb leave connected to tank, open valve, have the hose drain into a can. Gas should come pouring out. If not the valve screen is plugged up. Just because carb bowl has fuel doesn't mean much if it took all night to slowly leak into it. That's what I would start with first.

ive made sure that its not cloged but it still wont start and i have no idea what else it could be
