looking for information on a 84 kawasaki prairie 250

hey guys im new to this site, and currently working on a 1984 kawasaki prairie 250 three wheeler. what i am doing is putting new piston and rings in and going through the valves, ok what im looking for is info on how to set the cam timing and the valve clearance specs.... thanks guys....

hey mike good info, but it didnt have anything on how to set the cam timing for when i put the chain back on the cam sprocket i am guessing i line up the t on the crank flywheel to the magnito cover point.. and there are 2 lines on the cam sprocket but where is the mark on the engine casting is my question??? and another question is are the lobes on the cam supose to be facing down when assembled right??? thanks again for any information.... maybe next time ill pay better attention when taking apart....
