I searched the San Diego CL and found his ad http://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/mcy/3142842811.html I think he just post in major cities acrossed the US. Prolly some pictures would add more credibility to his ad. Good eye.:)

I'll look into it. If you don't send the money as a gift you would be buying something from a professional or a seller and that should most definitely be covered but I'll have to check it out.

Completely correct. LONG story short. Had a neighbors boy who worked his trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro off on the family farm. Blew up his Blaster,,6th grade WFO up the paved road!! I was working in the shop and listened to the carnage! Anyhow,,it sat for months,they didn't have the money . So,I bought him a bottom end{ he roasted 5th 6th ,crank piston,,good job ! } It was listed on Ebay,,for $175 shipped,I offered $125 shipped,he was in my State, I payed him,, never got an engine,,never got a cent. he IS going to get a face to face visit from me someday : )...Ppal drug it on for months and never payed. I was fairly aggressive with them. I got nothing.

Here's the situation I was speaking of, I know someone who was on the opposite end. A co-worker of mine was selling some drag radials on craigslist. He measured them with a tread depth guage at 5/32. Someone from out of state contacted him and wanted them shipped. So my co-worker shipped them. When the buyer received them he thought they were too bald for the money and wanted to send them back. My co-worker said the tread depth is as advertised and there are no returns. The buyer filled a claim through paypal and nothing could be done. The money was not sent as a gift either.
