I call it Barrett Jackson syndrome. Guys see's a fully restored Chevelle sell for 70g's and now all of a sudden his rusted out 307 Malubu must be worth 10K.

If you havn't noticed the cost of everything has skyrocketed in the past few years. And with that, overhead costs go up and then the green fees go up.

I hate to say it and it's a bit off topic, but a golf course costs millions to build and hundreds of thousand a year to maintain and people complain about paying $40 to play a round..

Truthfully I feel sorry for club owners trying to make a living in these tough times running a business with such high over-head.
