Took the Zinger apart a little bit and cleaned it up. The kid cleaned up all the plastics and then we polished the
fenders with that Halloway stuff from Walmart. Seemed to do a pretty good job. Power washed the 28 years of grime
on the engine, frame, etc and it looks better.

I couldn't get the tube from the airbox to the carb back on the carb....or I should say it wasn't attached when
I got it. So I ordered a new tube hoping the new one is a bit more flexible and will go over the lip on the carb.
Gas cap is on the way and a few other parts. Need to pick up some 2-stroke oil tonight. Don't want to use the
crap I use on my weed wacker that I'm trying to kill.

Plan on getting the wheel adapters to get some decent rims and tires on it. Maybe a pipe, but that is
about it. Oh yeah and a new Blue and Black seat cover.

Funny, my weed whacker uses the leftovers from my 250R.

Your Zinger looks great!

That thing cleaned up great!

And only to go get it messy again. Should be out to Eric's with it the weekend after this.
Need to get those parts in before we bring it to the Dust Bowl.

I wish i had a mini to run, im having a hard time finding an atc 70, or a tri zinger. But eventually something will come up and ill buy it. Id like to get one before the summer ends so i can go out and race with russ, you and eric.

Where did you find the gas cap for the Zinger? Mine is cracked all the way around and I have had no luck trying to find one that fits. Zinger cap is so small, even the pit-bikes and 80cc motorcycles don't use a cap that small.

Go on eBay and type in yt60 gas cap

Pops right up.

I forgot to mention that I am cheap : ) I can't see paying over $30 for a plastic gas cap. I'm hoping that I find one from a lawn mower or something, that is the same size. Thanks for the reply!

Well the motor took a dump tonight. I thought it was a bit on the weak side. Oh well good excuse to take the whole
bike down to frame and redo it right and have it ready for the spring.

Did it just blow up?

Pretty much. Guess it was tired after that many years. Going to pull the motor tomorrow.
