Honda ATC 110 motor swap

I have a 1979 Honda 110, can I just put in a 1979 90 motor. The 90 has the coil inside frame and the 110 on the side, will 110 coil still work. I don't know anything about trying to do this.

It will all interchange as long as their both points motors and not CDI .

I'll probably start the swap next week. Have access to a 100 cc motor but the guy knows nothing about it and wants $80??????????
