I'm doing a DC conversion on my Z to help out my LED headlights. I'm trying to do it "right" way and keep the entire lighting system working. The problem is the temp sender switches to ground through its housing. I can't have that because it will short to the AC ignition circuit. I just wanted to see if anyone would know of a 2-wire temp sender that would drop in. I'm looking at this one on the eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290618553881?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649. I'll try out the local NAPA this week and see if they can match something up, too.

Also, does anyone know what temp the light comes on at? I know you can tell it's too hot when it starts puking, but I'm just trying to keep the functionality of everything. I plan on posting some illustrated instructions when I finish this conversion. Thanks for all the good info at 3WW!
