ebay honda 200 cylinder kit

just came across this kit on ebay and was wondering if its to good to be true? i recently bought a 83 185s parts wheeler thats all there but seized up. had no intentions of fixing, but seeing this kit for so cheap has got me thinking it might be a nice cheap winter project. any way is this kit garbage or will it even fit?
has anyone had experience with this kit or similar ones? thanks

Re-read the description of the part within the ad. The seller isn't using very good english. I usually stay away from chinese knockoffs ;)

lol i read thru that description to fast the first time to catch the poor grammar. thanks for the input. had my douts just needed to hear a second opinion to talk me out of another impulse buy on ebay.
