I can do runs of atc 70 wheel spacers if anyone is interested. Sizes available would be 1", 1.5", and 2". They will be made of solid 6061 aluminum and include plated grade 8 cap screw hardware with stainless lock and flat washers. Here is a picture of the pair I made for my sons 70. These are made of MIC 6 aluminum and are 1" thick. I would guess the price per pair would be around $60-70. It may seem a bit high but these will be made on a Omax waterjet which is not a cheap machine to run. Custom material and width can be done also153011, but will cost more. Just thought I'd throw this out there, if there's no interest, so be it.

That seems to be a great deal. Bump for others to see.

Some guys do the pre-order...some eat it and offer ready made and put them in the 3WeelerWorld Shop. As far as interest, I'm interested to see these be a staple item in the shop. I've herd nightmare stories on pre orders that 1 or 2 runs and you might wanna pull the plug. I guess if you need to run a certian amount, to cover the runtime and can't cover the expence. Give a nice ample amount of time let people be awhare by bumping the post with pics, mounted and such. I'd like some but at the moment I'm all tied up. The build will eventually need them but the motor comes frist...I pray these work out like the 10"rims, and every once in awhile you can offer these in the future.

I have some steel wheel spacers for my ALT 50. I would like to have them made out of aluminum and make them wider. If I mailed them to you could you make some sets of those?

I'm thinking of doing a run of 10 sets and eating the cost up front.....I agree, it seems like the group order thing can lead to trouble sometimes. I think the most popular size would be 1.5" so I'll go for that. I should have them up for sale some time next month.

I am waiting for a quote, but it looks like I will be able to sell these kits for $70. They will be 1.5" wide and be the same design as the picture in my first post. They will be made of 6061 instead of MIC 6 and come with plated hardware. I will have 10 sets available and will be paying up front for them, however, I will take pre-orders if anyone wants to reserve a set.

153632Ok....slight change of plans, I had 1.5" spacers quoted out at work...$67 per piece! ouch! So I won't be doing a run of them. I do have plenty of 1" and 1/2" center drops available at work so here is my plan: Kits will consist of (2) one inch spacers and (2) 1/2" spacers. All will be made of the 6016 aluminum. They will be brushed finish instead of mill finish since they are 6016 and not MIC 6 like the first picture. At this time they will come with the hardware to run the 1" spacer on each wheel, you will need to supply longer bolts to run the 1" plus 1/2" on each wheel. Price will be $80 plus shipping, I will cut them as they are ordered....I have one set available now, but someone here may already have dibs. Here is a picture of the kit. I need to clear this with work tomorrow, if its a go I can start cutting them right away for anyone who wants a set...pay-pal or MO's will be fine but they must be pre-paid. Sorry about the increase in price, I had hoped to get a cool part out there at an affordable price, I just didn't realize the cut cost difference between 1" and 1 1/2" on a waterjet. I think its still a pretty decent price, and who knows....the two piece spacer kit might be good for sideways guys since it offers some variable width adjustment to each side of the axle. Questions, comments/feedback is welcome...Thanks
