hey there i am new to the site and back in the atc game after a long hiatus and i think i bit off more than i can chew, i bought a 84 tecate roller/basket case and i am having a hell of a time finding parts. the bike is 100% complete minus the back plastics, i know i need a new crank bearing and i am going to have to either sleeve the cylinder or do the nikosil, i am leaning towards the resleeve just for cost unless anyone can point me in the right direction for a kx top end , seems that every kx engine i find is missing the top end..lol.. also any other tips about a rebuild would be greatly appreciated

I'm new here, but dig around in the groups, there is a tecate group there that has tons of info. I learned the factory flywheel and stator are a weak link in these also. The web site is in that group, something like stabs statues or something. Good luck with it and enjoy the ride
