clean the spark plug first off, and if u cant think of anything else to do tie a rope on it and pull it behind somthing for a distance, we went a good mile and a half before mine popped and started running great after that.

Three things make a motor run. Air, spark and fuel. Do you have a nice spark? Is the plug getting wet from fuel? Is your filter clean?

the spark plug is clean its brand new. i did pull it around the yard a few times but ill try pulling it for a longer distance and see what happens. thanks

the plug is wet , and the filter is clean tho the spark seems weak but the coil is a new high preformance coil , about the only thing i havent replaced is the cdi box. could that b the problem?

Could be. Before you start throwing more money at it, re-check your valve lash and timing and ensure those are dead-nuts on.

Weak Spark = Weak CDI

I bet the CDI is your trouble... BUT - before you spend any more money did you check the spark plug cable? I have had them where it was as simple as removing the cable from the coil and the plug cap and snipping a bit off each end to get a clean connection and put them back together. If the cable is good and no problems there then i would try swapping the CDI box. Also check the gap on your pulse generator as well.

Look at the last picture in this thread.

You need to stick a feeler gauge between the black box and the rotor (you will need to check your manual for the precise gauge width). This is also a good guide to setting the fire timing.

I know for fact that these 185s have issues with the stator. Replace that and I bet you are on the trails in no time.
