This bike is in Kansas, I know location matters greatly when it comes to valuing a trike. Let me know what you think it's worth, I don't want to pay too much for it. It's a 1985 250ES. 2nd owner, well maintained, bend in the front rack, and one crack in the plastic that has been repaired. Thanks.

Cant tell alot from the pic, I would say in my neck of the woods it would go for give or take around 800,, I just seen a very nice 87 sell here for 900.

$500 would be a steal, $800 is about max.

He's asking $1500 and won't budge much. I tried to get him to $1,000 but he said now. Sounds like even $1,000 is too much?

It really is in my opinion.

If you really want it go for it, dont have to tell anybody else what you paid for it, and its all yours! Or tell him to call you when it sets for sale to long because his price ia to high.

Thanks for the input, I agree about waiting some. He's had it for sale since the first part of July and it still hasn't sold. Obviously something is either wrong with it (I don't think so) or it's just priced too high. I'll just wait him out until I sell my other one. Anyone interested in a 1983 ATC 200? All original in good shape.

What shape is your 200 in? Pictures? What are you looking for on the 200? I'd have a matched set.

Looks like it would clean up nice. If it runs good and the tires are in good shape and not dry cracked and if i had the dough i could see spending 900-1000$ max

Here's the link: http://wichita.craigslist.org/mcy/3222788122.html

Obviously I'd take less that what I have it priced at, just starting there and seeing what I can get out of it.

That BR is $600-$800 around here, and thats all i would give for it. It looks pretty decent, but listen to it running before you made a decision, i have had to tear down and replace the timing chain in so many of these 250's its like a given repair job on them. It also looks like there is a dark line of oil/dirt across the engine where the head meets the cylinder, could be a sign of a head gasket starting to leak. Not a huge deal sometimes they just need to be cleaned up and re-torqued but its something to keep in mind when looking at it. Also make sure it drives in all gears including reverse and that there is NO NOISE in the rear end. I can't count how many worn out 250 rears i have heard, squeek squeek wobble wobble.. Its repairable but just more money you will spend on it right away.
