90 & 110 bore limits

What are the safe bore limits of the different cylinders? I REALLY want an alloy early Honda 90 bike jug, or a PM, but it's looking like I'll be running iron.
Piston selection isn't an issue, as I'll sort that when I do the stroker.

The early s90 alloy cylinders are different and wont work with a atc90 head . If you can find a pauter or helm and son cylinder you can go up to 62mm before you have cylinder stud clearance issues also your cases need to be bored for those aftermarket cylinders .

I found an alloy Honda jug, and will put a 62mm OD sleeve in it, 57mm TB piston, or maybe 59mm Tak. Either way, I can configure the sleeve to work with head, or vice-versa.
