I just picked up a 85 klt110 I'm having problems with adjusting the carb. To start off with I'm not sure everything is original. It's 5 speed no revers automatic clutch. The muffler is not for this bike. I also see it has qquite a few exhaust leaks. The way I got it it will run I can ride it but it idles low and will die idling and when starting off the motor breaks up. When I'm moving say half throttle on its fine. So I tried to adjust it and I only see two flat head screws one by the barrel and one by the intake. I found they were both screwed in tight. When I backed the one by the barrel out it seemed to smoke and made my eyes burn like unburnt raw fuel. Made no change in the motor idling though. Where do I start here?
