Really far fetched!, 400ex stator regulator and cdi work on 85 350x?

I want to know if the stator will fit in the 350x case, the regulator and cdi arn not to big of deal to install, i want to know if the stator will work in my 85 350x, becaasue then i can get a programable cdi and make mad power with my pipe cam and jets!!!

Don't know about the stator, but I have read here and several other places that the early 400ex CDI will work on the 350x.
