check this link out http://www.powderworksny.com/ my dad does powder coating,sandblasting, and ceramic coating for protecting your wheels or what ever you would like extra strong to last long. The picture of the wheel is ceramic coated and it is clear so u cant even tell its on it.

$175.00 for the frame $50.00 extra for clear coat. People usually go with clear coat because it makes it that much stronger. That includes all prep work, sandblasting etc.
