NEED - 1982 250r intake boot - HELP

I've reading for years and learned a lot from all of the senior members. Just figured out what has cost me pistons in my r. the intake boot was cracked under the clamp. I've looked and can't find a new one. If any one has one to sell or a good way to fix what I've got I'd appreciate it.

I believe there are intake boots from other machines that will fit. Do any of them let you use the stock carb or would they require a carb update?
