Ebay Is a goldmine for 1st ten R parts. you should be able to find cases cheap enough to justify increased shipping costs.

I have a lot of handa 250R parts for sale not sure if they fit the older one. They are all off a 86 Let me know it they are the same

The 86 parts won't match up. Ebay is usually the easiest place to find parts, but craigslist is great too. You can google search for "1981 honda parts - craigslist" & see what comes up.
