Hey guys. After years of searching the market and finally found a good deal on a trike. I found a 84 atc 250r. I got a great deal on the trike and brought her home to ohio last night. I have been planning so many different project ideas. Extended swingarm, axles, wheel spacers, big bore kits, custom forks, new plastic, powdercoating everything, handle bars, twist grip throttle, so many ideas. I feel very discouraged after my first ride though. I thought after many years of MX and dipping into some amateur freestyle I would be ok transferring onto a trike.. I was completely taken back. This thing is so squirrely and I can't seem to corner the thing the way I want it to. I have no idea about the extended swing arm now. Or if I'll even use the gained power from a big bore kit. Anyone else have this same feeling? or is this something everyone new to the trike experiences?
