People do that when they are out of stock.... I know because i kept seeing those so i finally wrote a hate comment to one person who did that. Lets just say he ONE up'd me:)

I am still confused, how does it show buy it now but they are really only $45.81. Why setup an auction like this so you can be at the top when sorting highest to lowest? I was looking for a kit for my 250r, seems really odd to pay fees to setup a buy it now of 3k.

Don't know, not really an ebayer myself.

Spentar's explanation (post 4) is probably the reason.
