Hey guys I'm not doing this but I am wondering if anybody has EVER done this? Cut the back off a Honda 200M and converted it to a swingarm? I know its pointless as you could just get a 200x but I'm still curious. I was looking at mine the other day after I took the rear end out for new bearings and thought to myself.. that this really couldn't be that hard. It's only cutting 3 bars and moving one. Then however the swing arm goes on (no idea as i've never seen one). Also does anyone know if anybody has ever turned a 200M into a sportier machine (i.e. 200x, 250r, 350x,) by putting smaller tires, and changing out the front forks/triple tree? I want that look with mine but I would need new triple tree's and smaller front tire.

I'm never going to do any of this as I want a 250r next. Like I said a few other times I'm just wondering if anybody has done this before.

Thanks for reading,

Cody

Wow Kasey that is absolutely amazing.. I showed my dad this (construction worker) and he was blown away. He doesn't care for to many trikes anymore(think he got hurt one to many times lol) but he loves this one and that white 250r of yours. Are those triple tree's custom?

Building triples from scratch requires alot of thinking.. i would need the tire and wheel you plan on usingthe forks and also a stem ... them $$$$$$

Well kasey if you seriously could I would definitely be interested. I would want 250r forks and a 250r front tire. Would you have any of those laying around so I wouldn't have to ship anything? I dont have a hole lot of money but I would love to buy some triples off ya if I could. Could you give me a rough estimate on what you would want?

Oh and as for the stem.. you wouldn't happen to have a 1985 honda atc 200M stem laying around would ya? lol Sorry about not wanted to ship anything out.. I just prefer to not spend 60+ dollars on shipping twice.

I dont know if you are a member on 3wheeler.org or not .But theres a member over there (OlDeuce) thats taking orders for a streering stem that will alow you to put the 200x,250r,350x and other frontends on the 110-200.He also made a 200x hub that will use a 8 inch rim.

Hmm really?? How do you switch steering stems? Is it a bolt or a weld? Also how much does he charge because I just want the cheapest one possible.

Ok I'll definitely do that. Is that your trike? If so what rear plastics are on it and did they bolt right up? Do I need a special tool to remove a stem and put a new one in or no?
