Fork tube clamps for rack?250sx

Looking for the four clamps to mount the hondaline front rack to the fork tubes on an sx.......any leads or homegrown ideas are very welcome!

measure the od ( outside diameter ) of fork tube and take a piece of black iron pipe ( same id ) and cut it in half and weld flanges in each end to accept bolts.... if your handy ?
