Ok so i figured it out the hard way after a couple of close calls on my the bike this twist throttle they put on there is dangerous as hell it sticks like no other, so i did a little research and i think all the 1984 ytm 225dx models were originally thumb throttle so i got on ebay located one and was wondering if i could use the same throttle cable thats on there now or do i have to get a new one of those too? Any help would be appreciated have never worked on a bike what so ever!
