replied back with this:
Hi, what is the Tires, Fenders, Seat and Frame like on it? as of right now knowing it needs some gas tank work, possible engine work and breaks, i would maybe offer $50-100 due to it being so old that it's hard to find parts for it and if i do find parts, it likely won't be very cheap.

he replied back and said he paid 200 as it sits right now he's just trying to get that out of it, the lowest he will go is $150.
