Looking For a Honda 200E parts bike

I'm fixing to start restoring my 83 big red and need some major parts. Front end(tree,forks,axle, etc) and
rear axle. My problem lies with everything on ebay being local pick up. I live in north alabama and cant find anything local on ebay or craigslist. When i ask around everyone says "aren't those things outlawed....?"
Any info on finding parts for this thing would be greatly appreciated.

I have some 83 atc 200 parts frontend . rear axle. I dont know if these are inerchangable or not and if so I dont know what shipping would be.This is the only pic I have right now. I can post some more when I get home.159684

I have 1 or 2 200e parts machines. No good fenders or such. If your looking for specific parts I and others might be able to help you out.
