I picked one up on eBay for a fair price, less than $100 for a torn seat with the tool kit. Will re-cover it later. I've found with eBay there are plenty of parts for these things you just need to be patient to find the right deal.

there was a nice one on e bay for 99 plus shipping a few days ago... they are out there.... but if i bought it i would have sat on it a few times and it prolly woulda cracked...:(
