I am trying to get a 1978 Honda 90 atc running and the throttle cable won't move in the carb. How can I free it up?

Is the slide stuck in the carb? Or is it the cable itself? Try putting some lube (like pb blaster) down the cable and keep pressing the throttle in. I once had a slide stuck in my carb and, I kept pulling and then put a screwdriving inside the carb (underneath the slide) and lifted up and pushed it out. Anyways try carb cleaner and clean that slide if that's stuck. Good luck! Welcome to 3WW!
