Yup they are saying 9 to 14" for us. I got the plow on the square, the kerosene heater filled up and ready, and the truck gassed up. I even brought the snow shovel in the house. LOL

Haven't seen a flake here yet.

They just downgraded us to 6 to 10" of snow. Thats good cause I dont thing the alt 50 would do very good in 10 to 14" of snow lol.
As soon as the snow hits the ground, hold on to your handle bars. :)

The last blizzard here the NWS said 2-4 inches and the local stations were saying about the same, and in the end we got 13" of snow, so i don't put any stock in what the forecast says, i just wait and see what happens... LOL

It started to snow on the way to work. Was at work for an hour and it started coming down and blowing hard. 3hrs into the day they gave us the option of going home ( 1st time they done this that I can remember ).
My boy was home, so I decided to leave. 22 minute drive normally took 41 minutes. Probably had 2-3" so far, but with the wind I have a 12"+ snow drift in the drive already. Thinking of hookin gup the trailer, load the P3's and head to the shop to go riding. Yes, I will take my boy so that I know he is OK. LOL

Started at 1 on the dot here ,literally. Calling for a foot and a half. I think we might actually get it this time,as I have NO sleds serviced,and all my plowing fleet is unserviced..It's dumping about 2 inches an hour right now. SO BEAUTIFUL and peaceful. I LIVE for snow..

6 inches here at the bottom of Pa.,still coming down hard. Got all my plowing done for today,should be done in a hour or so here. Good luck to those north east of me.lol

Kinda jealous Bill. I love the snow also. Looks like we are going to be on the warm side of storm. Maybe 2-3" then plain rain

Lol,,I was just telling my sis who lives in North Pole Alaska last week. I was So ready to move to where there is snow. My buddy did 4 years ago. He Has over 20000 miles on his mountain sleds since. Anyhow,,it's been -48 up there in Alaska at my sisters,,-80 wind chill. Look it up if you think I'm mistaken!! I told her,,I would take that ,and the beautiful snow over this brown friggin frozen mud we've had the last cpl years! Just got back in from a walk with my littlest one. She's never seen blizzard conditions. I let go of her hand and off we went! Daddy I can't breathe,, I can't see! I know bunny,,suck it up! We had a ball. She was throwing snow on me ,falling down unpurpose. It was awesome! Anyhow,,about 6 inches here and no end in sight : ))))))

welp, we got 3 inches in the last 3 hrs. just fired up the snowblower for the 1st time in 2 years.. it was actually relaxing ,,,snow blowing.... cant wait to get the plow out in the am and then get the trikes out... yah

Well, the story I got was she had a crush on Santa and one Christmas eve she caught a ride in his sleigh. The rest is history. LOL

What a wimpy blizzard his turned out to be. we Only got about 7 inches. It is still blowing around a good bit.

We got probably 8-9 inches total. They closed the roads, so I just had to go buy a pair of boots for the boy and myself. Fired the truck up put it into 4 wheel drive and Yeeeaaaa Haaaaawwwww drift bustin we went. Wimpy 4x4's barely moving and I just brew around them and away we went. Now we need another 12-18" so I can really test the truck. This wasn't enough.

Lol,,my brother in law was military,,that's about all I can talk about :) He was in charge of shutting down/ transitioning Ft Greely into the missile base. They have made their lives up there for now. Truly Gods Country ,but at a big price : )

welp, we have 8 " now and still coming down pretty good... the snow blowing went from fun to a pain in the azz.. got the tractor chains on today ( to-30 ) and the plow truck started after 2 years . put a plow on the " square " and plowed tonite... now that was fun... supposed to get 12 -18 ... well see...
