I ran across this for a Honda gas cap that fits the SX/ES and several other models. They are still available from Honda for about 40 bucks. Hell, I bought three of these last year from Service Honda.

Now look at this Ebay listing...... 13 bids and its up to $222.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gee, it must be made from solid 24k gold.

Ha! They are stupid. Thing is, people think that since it's old, it's worth money. They don't do their research and they also want something they think nobody else has. Just ignorant but I don't feel sorry for them once they find out they spent wayyyyyyy toooooo much.

It only had two bidders and one of them bid only on this guys auctions over the last 30 days and the other bidder was 85% with this seller over the last 30 days. This is a case of shill bidding at its finest. Run the bid up and hope that someone that doesn't know any better see's it at the last seconds and thinks this must really be worth something.

This stuff is getting out of hand and Ebay doesnt care nor is gonna do anything about it. They think its awesome as it lines there pockets with more money.

He sold one back on Dec. 26th for $50. He was fishing and seeing if some poor sucker would take the bait.
