Clean carb, fresh gas, new spark plug.

Also check. To see if you even have spark.

Also check the airbox and make sure no little critters made a nice warm home for themselves lol.

If its been sitting that long I always put a little Marvel in the chamber. Then I add some to the gas tank. To help break the piston free.

Yep. Carb clean and new gas. Make sure there is no rust in the tank if it has been sitting. It will just mess up the carb again and it always happens to the metal tanks.
