Found a solution for ridiculously cheap 2" lift for 85,86,87 Big Red. I'm sure it will work for many more bikes with dual or mono shocks. I have posted a pic of it installed in the Big Red Riding Hood group and on my page. It was $2 for two brackets with free shipping at that price what do you have to lose?
