86-87 Tecate 3 wheeler and 86 kx 250. Not 100% sure, but I think that is all.

I knew all this a few years ago, but like you I suffered memory loss. But I was thinking the 85 was a one year specific deal to the KX.

Something about the powervalve is different on the 85 KX vs the 86 KX, 86-87 KXT IIRC. Try checking Cheap Cycle Parts and cross reference the part #'s.

Maybe the 85 will work if you use that year powervalve set-up.?? I swear I can't remember crap..

it will fit on the 87-88 tecate 4 also. The powervalves themselves are different, they a set to open/close at different times, kx making the most high rpm power(opening the earliest) the atv cylinders have the pv being stiffer and not opening as quickly(opens much slower).

You may want to use PMs for this crap. That and the 87-8 Tecate has a smaller bore.
