Does this big red seem banged up for 850$

I see no rear fenders, no rear light, bent rear rack. Rust up pretty good. It does not look like it was maintained at all. I don't know what is a fair offer. I want to offer $400 . I just see this thing needed allot of parts to make it nice. I'm sure it's rideable now. But it need rear fenders minimium. I'm worried why the rear rack looks so bent. The wiring looks like a hack job somewhat.

Yeah what's up with the charger indeed. I bed the alternator on the atc is shot. That's like 200 right for the CDI?

For $850 and the plow is included I would pay that.....

the plow is a home made rig. I would bet there is a big battery in the trunk to run the winch and the Big Red just can't charge it. $400 might be a bit high considering all the rust.
