I was planning on ordering a few parts, but I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried it first. I have an 84 ATC 70. The friction plate in the pull starter is getting worn and I want to replace it. I know the replacements are discontinued. I see that the plates for the ATC200 and others are the same outside diameter, but have a larger center hole. Has anyone tried using the 200 plate on the 70 pulley or will it move around because of the hole? It seems like the groove on the outside of the plate may hold it in place but I'm not sure. Any suggestions? Thanks
