But I guess if it was sold today new it would cost that much:

Its a clean bike...BUT that is not the original rear fender or the original headlight bezel.
So this bike has had some resto done....not a $9200 trike IMO! Otherwise mine would be worth 7K or more.

I think what you're missing my friend,is,,,yours IS worth 7k or more... The market is changing,as things are getting worse around us,,250R's,, for whatever reason,are up..

Worth every single penny, that is a SUPER clean 250R ,restored or not . It would cost MORE than 9,200 to completley restore one from the ground up, NOS parts are expencive and getting even harder to find.

The ways things are lately that probably would go for 7k or more...
It make me happy to know that I have finally built a machine that I could probably sell for more than I got in it. I'm not saying my bike is on par with this one, but it has a ton of NOS parts on it that seem to be worth their weight in gold these days.
